Personal use: the client has the right to use the commission for their personal usage, this includes print for personal display, wallpaper, posted as profile icons on websites/social medias as long as they give proper credits.

Revisions: the artist will request unlimited revisions during sketch phase, These revisions cannot lead to backtracking already approved steps, nor increase drastically the amount of work planned for the commission. If the client wants to change something after sketch phase then a variable cost will be added depends on complexity

Refunds: commissions are non-refundable after payment unless the artist decides to cancel the commission, if the artist has not sent any update regarding the commission progress for a period longer than 14 days or if the artist is the only one at fault for missing a rush-order deadline. Only in those cases, the payment will be fully or partially refunded if the client requests it.

Termination: if the client fails to respond to revisions approval from the artist for a period longer than 14 days, the commissioned work will be considered completed by both parties without need of refunds or further work.

Private and Commercial use: unless negotiated otherwise, the artist reserves the right to use and publish the commission and work in progress on their social medias, streaming platforms, banners, websites and portfolio as well as retain the commercial use licenses of the commission.

PRIVATE AND COMMERCIAL USE LICENSES TYPES: Commercial use licenses transfer the rights ownerships that are initially retained by the artist.

The owner of commercial use is still required to give proper credits to the artist while using or exposing the work.

The owner of commercial use licences have the rights to use the commission as merchandise to sell, promote, distribute, produce and for any other commercial purposes as long as they don't involve modifying the product or impacting negatively the artist. The specific terms must be negotiated beforehand through the following options:

NITRO ORDER

Commissions don't have a deadline but usually will rarely exceed 1 month to finalize unless the work involved requires it or under specific circumstances.

To spped up the finished work, you need a nitro order

Nitro orders have a deadline starting from the day when the payment has been completed.
